First of all, the digital ecosystem of the brand was analyzed with Digital Checkup. As a result of the sector analysis and the digital data collected, we created our strategy. We built our strategy primarily on achieving the targeted turnover in the Turkish market. In the 2nd Plan, we started the 2-month preparation phase required for E-Export. We retrospectively brought together the data obtained by our brand, which uses Social Media effectively and has collaborated with many famous names, and started remarketing campaigns. In order to make a strong remarketing and email marketing, we launched our new website with shopify infrastructure. Our SEO experts started optimization work and 300% growth in organic traffic was targeted. We produced warehouse and logistics solutions for our brand, which started to e-export to more than 20 countries in a short time after starting the e-export process.
Making the Digital Ecosystem Work
Our WEB-SEARCH-SOCIAL-MARKETPLACE ecosystem was built. After Google GA4, Search Console and Merchant Center installations, we placed meta and tiktok pixel codes on our site. We were now able to analyze and retarget traffic from our media spending. A new UI/UX design was made with the heat map and analytics data we placed on our site.
ROAS rates increased by 550 percent. Average Session Duration increased from 2:11 to over 4 minutes. Social Media Interaction rates increased by 50%. 1st Page position was achieved in all target keywords.
