About
1907 Fenerbahçe Association is an association founded in 1992 by businessmen and executives from the Fenerbahçe community. The association was founded to provide financial and moral services and contributions to Fenerbahçe Sports Club.
What Have We Done?
We analyzed user behavior by placing heat map and tracking codes on the existing site. We reported the data we obtained from the tools to benefit our UI and UX teams. 82% of users were viewing the website on mobile. Therefore, we started to design our website as mobile first. The website, which we designed according to the needs of the members of the association, was launched in 2022.
Impressive Result
Average Session Duration increased by 53%. Bounce Rate decreased by 61%. Organic Traffic increased by 21
Average Page Views increased by 27%. Thanks to the new interface, easy access opportunities were offered to the members of the association.
