Velovis & Co. was founded in 2021 by Yağız Erbay, who set out to combine the unique tradition of the Grand Bazaar, the center of jewelry, with modern and strong silhouettes. Becoming a strong brand in the Fine Jewelry category, Velovis currently exports to over 17 countries.
What We Did?
When we embarked on the idea of establishing a new jewelry brand, we had 40 years of experience from the Grand Bazaar. It was time to create a new brand infused with this experience. Our creative team rolled up their sleeves for logo design and all branding processes. After establishing our brand archetypes, it was time to determine our logo and colors.
Once we created the brand identity, we moved on to developing a website suitable for E-export, where shopping could also be done from abroad. For the web domain, which is one of the most important building blocks of our digital ecosystem, we chose the Shopify infrastructure. After coordinated efforts between our web team and creative team, UI/UX studies were completed in accordance with our brand identity. Then, optimizations were completed by our SEO specialists. It was time to proceed with media planning and the brand’s launch processes. We planned our annual media strategy and clarified budgets. In line with the social media plan prepared by our Social Media Managers, we started our communication on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

The Functioning of the Digital Ecosystem
Our WEB-SEARCH-SOCIAL Ecosystem has been built. Our strategy was to drive traffic to our website through our advertising efforts. Of course, the most important aspect was the quality of the visitors we attracted to the site. Since our brand operates in the jewelry sector, our goal was to reach a premium audience and generate traffic from there. After communicating with detailed target audiences, we achieved 4.3 million impressions and 104k visitors within 5 months. A 2.4% CTR rate was quite good for a new brand.
At the end of the 5 months, we analyzed all the data we had gathered and began segmenting our audiences. We had now established visibility within our targeted audience. After successfully completing the brand awareness process, we launched sales-focused advertisements through similar target audiences and remarketing campaigns. Meanwhile, our SEO specialists continued their efforts to increase organic traffic. Our goal was now to achieve high sales volumes both domestically and internationally.
Impressive Results
After two years of media spending, we achieved an 11x ROAS. The content prepared by our creative team is currently receiving clicks at a 4.2% CTR rate. This success is rooted in our commitment to treating our work as if it were our own.
