What We Did?

We began our discussions in 2021 with the goal of establishing an innovative and nature-embracing Natural Gum Brand. Our aim was to create a strong global brand in the natural gum category, which continues to grow in the American market. To achieve this goal, we rolled up our sleeves. It was time to build the brand, and our creative team initiated the branding processes. After determining the brand archetypes, we started creating the logo and brand identity. GUM’N REAL would draw its strength from embracing nature. In this direction, we completed our brand identity work. Our colors and logo were now defined. We needed to design a website that aligned with this identity. Our UI/UX team got to work, and we launched our existing site built on WordPress. Since our target market is America, we identified Amazon.com as our sales channel. We fulfilled the requirements to sell on this global marketplace, where $80 million in gum sales occur monthly. We opened our Amazon seller account and then completed our Amazon store and listings in line with our brand identity. Meanwhile, our social media team finalized the content production processes for all social media platforms. After preparing our brand, website, Amazon account, and social media accounts, it was time to move on to media planning and the brand’s launch processes. We planned our annual media strategy and clarified the budgets. In line with the social media plan prepared by our Social Media Managers, we initiated our communication on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

The Functioning of the Digital Ecosystem

Our WEB-SEARCH-SOCIAL-MARKETPLACE ecosystem has been established. Our strategy was to direct users to our Amazon account through our advertising efforts and to generate sales. Of course, we first started our launch process with a Brand Awareness goal, creating a target audience of nature-loving users who shop on Amazon.com in the United States. In this specific target audience, we achieved 45 million impressions in the first three months.

The content produced by our creative team continued to be published with a CTR rate of over 2%. Seventy percent of our ads were run through Amazon. With our efforts, we reached the targeted revenues through Amazon.
