What We Did?
We analyzed user behaviors by placing a heat map and tracking codes on the existing site. We reported the data we obtained from the tools in a way that would benefit our UI and UX teams. 82% of users were viewing the website on mobile devices. Therefore, we began by designing our site primarily for mobile. The website, designed according to the needs of association members, was launched in 2022.
